Description
This Viognier comes from the smallest and coolest block of the Marianne farm, with an annual production of 600 to 900 bottles per year. Whole-bunch pressing allows us to get the best juice, which is then fermented and aged for 10 months in acacia and oak French barrels on the gross lees. The nose is complex, showing aromas of clementine, pineapple and white peach, with hints of white flowers and flintiness. The palate is full and creamy, with a fresh acidity.
